Details

When we run the command ./mach try perf --alert 39208, a commit message is made as follow:
Perf alert summary id=39208 [0]

We want to add a link in the commit message to move the alert summary right away and check the alert easily.
Starting point here is [1] and the link example is https://treeherder.mozilla.org/perfherder/alerts?id=39208.
